I reached out to Design Heating in 2012 after my former HVAC company made the decision to only do commercial HVAC and stopped servicing our home heating needs. Design heating has been providing our needs with our Triangle Tube boiler when no other HVAC company wanted to. I cannot say enough good about the service, response, quality, professionalism, and concern for their customers. You won't find a better HVAC company in the area.

Best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Kevin was on top of everything from day 1. He designed a really efficient Geothermal system with a domestic hot water heater and it has been purring along for a month now and we are toasty warm. He was great every step of the way and was super respectful of our house taking shoes off and such. He lined up excellent subcontractors too for excavation. Design heating is just a genuinely good business to support. They have my total recommendation!

I booked an appointment weeks in advance to discuss heating options for my porch (specifically I said I was considering infrared heat but would love them to come look and give their advice and guidance) and the morning of they texted me to say they weren't coming because they didn't have experience with infrared. To be fair: they were kind in their text and said they reached out to another company (who I also haven't heard from) but this was still not a great way to handle things and I am scrambling now to find another contractor who can come and help me. I did have other heating needs that I had been hoping to discuss with them as well. I can see my experience is an outlier with this company, but this was still a disappointing experience.

Great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable on Geothermal. Was able to diagnose and repair unit quickly and do an annual one over on the machine.
