The owner, Brenda, was incredibly knowledgeable in both design and materials, listened to my needs, and completely redesigned the layout of my small tired ranch kitchen to be fully functional… not to mention stunning!! Brenda at Design House 413 helped us renovate our lake house. She was amazing at sourcing materials and helping us make choices and decisions throughout the house. Most recently, we called to replace some automatic shades she installed a few years ago because they weren’t working. Brenda went to bat for us to have them replaced for free! Ultimately they were fixed for free but we were so thrilled with how she took care of it. Excellent customer service and integrity!!

We had a lovely time working with Design House 413! We are first time home owners/renovators and they made the process very simple. They were able to start very soon after we contacted them. They were flexible when small things needed to change. For about 42k our kitchen went from studs to stylish and functional. Everyone working on the job was friendly and did high quality work.
