I had my hardwood floors refinished and vinyl tile installed in a few rooms this past summer and they were prompt, responsive, helpful in guiding us to which flooring would look best where. Not to mention I had a baby shower I was hosting at my house in less than a month and they were able to hop right on it and get us back in order for the party! I was sold a luxury vinyl floor from Devoe with a lifetime guarantee. In about a year some of the tiles started peeling in 1/2” strips. I’ve gone back to Devoe to resolve this problem “4 times now” and they have done nothing. I have brought them strips of my floor and pictures. Each time I’ve been told that it will cost me $ to get the floor assessed to see if it is actually faulty so I shouldn’t bother. I’m confident that a few tiles were defective and reassured them that I have no problem with the assessment fee and yet I here nothing back from them. We went to choose our design and worked with Michael who was extremely helpful and didn't make us feel rushed in anyway. Phil who owns the business came out to our home.
