This company was used by my terrible home builder to do the plumbing in my new build house. If your home builder is using this company then you need to find a new home builder. Almost all the plumbing to the toilets are not straight, see photos, multiple hot and cold valves reversed. I am told now that I have to fix multiple things on my own that they used the cheapest products. There is no telling what kind of errors were made behind the walls, and what other issues I will be dealing with down the road. They will not answer my calls to fix the issues. During a walk through, I asked if we could get the sink knobs to line up straight when they were both off and I was told it was very hard to do. Lovely guy and his assistant replaced a 10 year old water heater. They were respectful to my father and chatted too. It was pleasant and they worked quietly enough that I was able to nap.
