It's so good to see a clean chimney! This guy was so good, did a great job, and cleaned up after everything. He was also on time and acted friendly. It's great to know someone actually cares about doing it right!

I wouldn't call them for gutter cleaning. Day of my appointment it had snowed over night. When they called to confirm the morning of, I told them it was alright if they waited for a warmer day. Was told they had other appointments in Elmira that day so they'd be there. OK fine. They knocked on the front door once they were "done". I paid cash, tipped, and thanked them before getting back to my own work. Didn't have time to inspect the job before they left, but I should've. They dropped all the leavings all over the ground creating a mess for me and worse they didn't finish the job. The entire back side of the house wasn't done and they never said anything about it when I paid. I called the owner and he apologized and they came back the next week to finish the job. Their service is amazing! I have had multiple plumbing issues and these people are my go to people when I need help. They will squeeze you in if they're able to the day you contact them and are efficient. Their prices are reasonable as well. I appreciate there efforts to get to me as quickly as they can...they've helped me many times when I was in a pinch. Very respectable and great work I can always count on them!!
