Dey Distributing

The staff's knowledge is incredible and they have helped me so much. Went in ready to spend $60 on suspension rods for my washing machine. They told me my washing machine doesn't have those, which it didn't, and sold me a single spring for $4.50. Dey is the only place I will go for any home appliance parts.

I spoke a Dey rep on the phone looking for a drain pump for my old GE washer. After a few minutes I was told it was no longer available. I thanked the rep and hung up. After a few minutes my phone rang,it was the rep calling back to let me know he found a Frigidaire part number that should work. He said he didn't have the part at his location but the Eagan location should. The part was a direct fit. Problem solved. This extra effort is rare today. I thank you sir.

Went here after a recommendation from Menards in Richfield for a dishwasher handle that had broken. Saw the assembly on Amazon for $30 but wanted to try and go local and also just the buy the handle. Gentleman saw the broken handle and said that they only sell the assembly now and in the color black. But he said wait a minute… He went back into the back and came back with this assembly piece in the right color and said to just take it! It wasn’t in their database for sale anyway, he said. They have earned my business the next time I need to replace an appliance part for our house.

The guys here were very helpful. I called the 800 number prior to coming out to verify stock. Everything went as planned. Great to have a store like this locally!

Stopped in for parts for my oven. Clay was super helpful and kind! It’s amazing to have a location to diy appliance issues.
