GDS installed two doors for a year ago and the motor stopped working in less than a week at that time we have a balance to pay and request a service from them. They come and fix it took the balance payment and few days later motor stopped working again. Multiple calls and emails did not do a thing. After a several months, I was able to reach the owner who promised me that he would send someone to fix it. This is over a year now and no one came. Motor is still not working.

Superior installation from Anas: He went above and beyond to install a new garage door opener. He had a very hard time removing the spring due to the metal pipe being cut on one side that wasn't evenly cut. If we can give him 10 stars, we would, He was very professional and suggested that we get better support for the motor housing than the included one. One of the worst contractors I've ever dealt with. Within 2. Minutes of arriving, I needed new rollers. Which cost $400 and he would reduce it to $250. He then refused to install garage door opener with factory supplied wire and bracket. For an additional $50 labor he would install his own wire and an additional $75 for mounting garage door opener. He told me the factory included wire was insufficient. I felt like I was being scammed and taken advantage of from the very beginning.

The service I received from Omar and DSG was first rate. My needed repairs were identified and suggested solutions were provided so I could make an informed decision. I am very happy with the work that was done and highly recommend DSG for those who are in need of garage door help.
