I had Tino replace my gutters and was completely satisfied. I had severe leaking for several years, that would freeze in winter and lead to a falling / slipping hazard in two spots. The new gutters completely fixed that. Zero dripping. Zero freezing. I was shocked. I thought it would improve it but not only did it do that, it ended it entirely! Also, Tino came within 24 hours of my first call to his company and that very much impressed me. Super responsive. He also showed up exactly when scheduled and his guys could not have been more professional. They were respectful, consulted me on what I wanted, and left the area super neat and clean. We were extremely happy with the work Di Paterio Contracting did on our home siding project this past June. Tino was easy to work with, friendly, and very responsive to our questions either through phone call or text throughout the process. He walked us through all the steps and made sure we were comfortable through each phase of the work. We were very undecided on a color and Tino made sure to bring several samples so we could decide on the right color. The Di Paterio team was very professional and the work site was cleaned up very well at the end of each day. The siding was completed quickly, in approximately 2 weeks. On Monday, November 17, 2025, in Vails Gate, New York, one of your employees was attempting to make left turn while I was waving him on to proceed. As I was parking, a woman approached me and asked why he was speeding and honking at me. I explained that I had no idea, and she mentioned that he was speeding and almost hit her. We cannot thank DiPaterio Contracting Inc. enough for helping us last weekend when ice damming was starting to affect multiple areas inside of our house! We did what we could to remove snow and ice from our own roof and gutters, but there were areas we just could not reach, safely. Tino Sr. and Tino Jr. were so quick to respond to our call. They were ABSOLUTELY swamped with calls for the same needs across many towns, and addressing multiple condo complexes! And yet, somehow they made time for us too! They quickly and gently removed large sections of snow and glacier-like ice from our high rooflines, gutters and downspouts. They were so professional, careful, and helpful. A true family business! Di Paterio Contracting was so helpful and kind walking us through the entire process. Tino Jr gave us all the different options and explaining everything clearly so we could make educated decisions on things such as roof ventilation. Our roof was damaged from a storm and he personally handled the insurance end, meeting with the adjuster, sending them the proper paperwork and following up upon completion of the work. Tino Sr made several stops at the house to check the progress and craftsmanship. Paulie was on sight for the entire duration and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! This was the biggest project my siblings and I have ever handled since the recent passing of our patriarch and they treated us like part of their family! We highly recommend them f
