When you read a bad review, BELIEVE IT. This company does not deserve your business, or to be in business at so. Check BBB as well. They are disrespectful, and it shows down to their measure & phone etiquette. The man they send out to your home to measure is a disgrace to customer service. Disrespectful, entitled and no manners. They don’t respect your time; showing up when they want, instead of agreed time frames. VERY IMPORTANT: if safety is an issue for your loved ones, skip this company by all means. The man in the photo walked into my senior citizen, mother‘s home uninvited. You cannot trust this company; no accountability. I don’t think I’ve ever seen more one star reviews for a home improvement company and all of my window jobs in San Mateo County, NYC, Newport Beach and Miami. Who

I highly recommend Dial Glass. They have done work on multiple properties for us and are amazing to work with. Their prices are great and their quality of work is fantastic. If you need windows, doors etc please check them out.

Hello,As a Montara homeowner I have used Dial Glass of Pacifica in the past to replace some windows in my house. When I called 2 days ago asking for an estimate to replace 16 windows in my house, I was told to measure the window and sent to Dial for an estimate of the cost. If Dials estimate was accepted, Dial would come out and measure the windows. Why should I be required to measure the windows? I called Half Moon Bay Glass; they came out the next day measured and gave me a good price.Dial Glass of Pacifica is either very busy or very lazy and do not offer good customer service. It is no wonder that Dial Glass of Pacifica has a 2.5 star rating on google.

Two install techs came by today to install a window. This is after rescheduling numerous times. They lacked any professionality - I asked them if they could wear shoe covers given I have carpet. They said they didn't have any, so I asked them to wear dust bags over their shoes, which fit well and acted the same as shoe covers. The older tech made the comment that if he tripped and fell he'd sue, which was absurd. Then he called it "stupid" to my face. I made it clear I was happy to reschedule if they were this uncomfortable by the request but I'm shocked at the fact that they are doing nothing to make their client comfortable. Clear lack of professionality here and I'd avoid this place at all costs.
