I hired Diamond Bridge Builders after having received quotes from 7-8 contractors. They weren't the lowest, but the most responsive and reasonable. I don't regret my choice. They updated my Berkeley condo beautifully and added a valuable stackable laundry unit in a closet :) They not only worked with an architect to get permit approval, but did so seamlessly. They never said anything was do difficult or couldn't be done and helped on minor issues on their own recommendation.
