I have been a client of Merry Maids for several years now. They have been doing a wonderful job cleaning my house. I really appreciate how thorough they are and how respectful they are of my belongings.
Very friendly staff, easy to make appointment. The cleaning was satisfactory but we found the cleaners missed a number of noticeable spots.
The questionnaire is the bad experience. It takes forever and I lose patience. Cathy and Carmen were great, however. Cathy must have been trained in hotels: she folded all the towels with a stylish flourish! Very appreciative of their bustle and cheer.
I requested to have a Deep Cleaning of my home and that is what I got. All rooms were cleaned from the windows to the floors and everything in between. I couldn't be happier with the results. A spotless and dust-free home. Thank you Merry Maids!
2 young women came over and cleaned for over 4 hours our very dusty house. My wife has been ill and they were sensitive to her needs. They worked very hard. I will use this service again.
