We’ve used Mauro’s Plumbing several times over the years, including for a major repair to our main water line and for replacing multiple toilets, and they have always done an excellent job. Their work is professional, thorough, and done right the first time. They show up when they say they will, explain what needs to be done clearly, and leave everything pretty clean and in working order. It’s hard to find plumbers you can truly trust, and Mauro’s Plumbing has consistently earned our confidence. Highly recommended.

Mauro’s Plumbing is one of those rare finds when you have super competent management and great plumber teams. We have had two different teams working at our house. They bring all the stuff and they are clean and efficient. The work is top-notch and I recommend them for work in the Oakland Hills or anywhere for that matter.

Spoke with Amy a few days ago, she had a Salty attitude & clearly no plumbing experience yet trying to dispatch plumbing work. Told me that her guys inspected the crawl space but they somehow did not find the huge puddle of water and the broken 2" cast iron drain pipe under the house. Sent me an email saying best of luck your space is dry. I don't think they ever bothered to go under. As an owner builder with experience in the trades I recommend you find a more upstanding business. Do not trust these folks especially Amy! It's clear the management is NOT top notch as indicated by another recent review. Remember to Always get multiple bids and check the CSLB website to ensure proper license of ALL employees & business & that there are No outstanding complaints for the business.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Mauro is the best plumber I have worked with - honest, excellent quality, prompt, and thorough! Services included: - new water heater - adding water line into garage - sump pump clogged - sump pump not working The last time he helped me out: he saved me $1600! My tenants called a plumber who said it would cost $800-$1600 -- $800 for labor and $800 to replace the sump pump motor potentially. I immediately called Mauro who came within 2 hours of my calling. He fixed the issue (small electrical cable was moved) and didn't charge me at all! (I offered to pay for his time at the very least -- he said no need!). SO, if you want a plumber who 1) is technically excellent; and 2) is honest; and 3) charges fair prices, CALL MAURO's PLUMBING! One more thing:

Amy schedule a same day service! They guys who came to help us figure out what was wrong did so very quickly and were so nice and informative about suggestions for making that area work better! Turns out the issue was related to electrical so they didn't charge for this visit but I will have them come again for maintenance! I highly recommend Mauro's plumbing - they are honest, quick and provided exceptional service. It's hard to find a good plumber and I'm very happy to have found Mauro's plumbing!
