Matt Carpenter was recommended to me years ago to design a custom kitchen when I was building a house in Windermere. I enjoyed the collaboration .. Matt was the only person who actually listened to what I did and did not want on our first meeting, and that was evident in his preliminary sketch. It was easy to collaborate .. there was a give and take that I had not experienced with the 5 prior companies I had approached for that kitchen. It was refreshing that Matt not only could conceptualize my vision, but also steer me in the right direction on my “questionable” ideas. My experience with Diamond Crown was excellent. Matt was very helpful and thoughtful though-out our building process. They did cabinetry for our Kitchen, laundry and 4 bathrooms.

We were referred to this cabinet company with high expectations, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of that. Communication was a consistent issue from the start. During our initial meeting, it was clear they had not allocated enough time to review our project properly. Our designer had to insist at the second meeting that they schedule an appropriate amount of time—after all, we were driving 1.5 hours one way to their so-called "showroom." The "showroom" itself was disappointing. It’s really just a table—not conducive to spreading out plans, reviewing samples, or having a productive discussion about our design needs.
