Predatory and misleading. This operates more like a scam than a parking service. If you go even slightly over your paid time, they charge an outrageous amount with no grace period and no option to pay when exiting. Their own terms state that overdue parking should be the owed parking fees plus a $25 collection fee — that is not what they actually charge. The real amount is much higher and feels intentionally deceptive. This lot is designed to trap drivers into excessive penalties, not provide fair parking. Avoid if you can.

We paid for evening parking through the mobile application provided at the parking site. However, we received a ticket 20 minutes after parking. We attempted to dispute the ticket through Diamond Parking’s online platform, but they denied the appeal, citing that the property is privately owned and that the company owners have the authority to make decisions without external interference.

Extremely sketchy. A person was murdered, shot in the head, in here yesterday, so that should tell you what you need to know. There are homeless people basically living in the garage waiting for you to leave to break into your car. Then once all your belongings are stolen, you'll be treated to an 80 dollar ticket that they won't let you dispute. Too bad most people never read the reviews until it's too late! Or until they're killed in here!

This is a lame Parking Place there’s no attendant you get ticketed even if you pay this used to be the site of the greatest hotel Seattle has ever known but it was tore down and replaced with a parking structure sad really really sad there’s free parking down on the waterfront and on Sunday’s parking is free in Seattle anywhere!! The reason I gave it 2 stars is because I love the sinking ship reference and the look of the place is cool but with such prime real estate and to turn the best hotel into a garage it just seems wrong but that don’t mean it was right!!

Even though I paid for parking, they wait like vultures in ambush without even a minute passing, immediately giving me a ticket. These are scammers and con artists, beware. Don't park your car in those spots. I paid $10 and got a $100 fine. It would have been better if I'd gotten a regular ticket, but these are thieves.
