Diamond Residential Cleaning

They did deep clean for a house I was moving out of. They did an outstanding job, and exceeded my expectations. They place looked brand new when they were done. They didn't miss anything. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They did an amazing job especially for the price! You really get the bang for your buck if you have them fully do everything!

We had a really great experience! We had to change what we were asking to be cleaned several days before our appointment. They worked with our requests and made it happen. The cleaners were prompt and did a wonderful job. I would use them again.

This is a company that subcontracts out services and keeps the majority of the funds. I found this out after booking with them from a customer of mine that used to have them. I was super disappointed in this. Because of Diamond hiring out local cleaners they canceled my first appointment because it’s not like they have thier own crew that can actually send. That was super aggravating to me and they offered a small 5% discount. When the cleaners were here there were restrictions like they couldn’t move any furniture so I had to move a bench at my kitchen table so they could sweep under it. 🙄 Overall the subcontracted cleaners did a good job, but I wasn’t happy with diamond as a company.

Cleaners were courteous polite but didn’t perform what was needed to be done at first. I spoke with the owner and have to say he has gone above and beyond to rectify what had happened. We had a great chat and came up with a sensible solution which all parties are very happy with. Thank you Preston, I appreciate your time and look forward to working with you again. The solution meant a lot to our family. If it doesn’t quite work first time, the business will work with you to make sure it’s satisfactory and that you’re happy. Thanks again.
