Been using this company for years. Always prompt and fair pricing. Being on a well makes time of the essence and they understand that and have always gotten to me within hours. Today it was within 90 minutes.

I had Dick Joyce Well Drilling come to do a repair on my well. Chris Simmons was the service technician. He went above and beyond what was expected. He was very professional and cared about his work as well as his customers. I would highly recommend them.

This company is great! The work they do is awesome! They are very down to earth and knowledgeable, no smoke and mirrors here, they will explain anything to you and are very honest! I would like thank you personaly Chris! My water treatment system sprung a bad leak and I had a new system installed so fast it was no inconvenience at all! You went above and beyond, you worked around my schedule and explained everything done to me, and even came back to turn the softener down so the water did not feel too soft to me. I feel like I really got my money's worth! This is the second thing you guys have done at my house, the first being a whole new well, and I can tell you I will be calling you when I need anything else and recommending you to all my friends and neighbors!

They are supposed to come monthly to service the softener and don’t show up. My water often smells. They will also put the burden on you to call again if nobody gets back to you. Bad practices.

Great service. They came out on Saturday to assess our issue. Needed to replace the 25 year old pump. Helped me identify what needed to be cleared to get the truck to the well. Cleared out some trees on Sunday and they were home first thing Monday morning. Had water by early afternoon. Would recommend.
