I cannot say enough about them folks at Dickson’s Restoration. We had a water leak in June 2024, two days before a 2 week vacation. Our wood floors were ruined. I called Chad and they showed up and took over. Fans and dryers to dry it out. I left them the key and went on vacation. We had no worries. Austin kept us updated on everything. They worked well with our insurance company throughout the whole ordeal. I pray that you never have anything like this happen but if you do, please call Dickson Restoration. You will not regret it! I called at the beginning of the month of June 2024 for some water damage/door frame to be looked at and to be given a quote for it. Two guys came out, late, by appointment and didn’t hardly inspect the door/floor with water damage and told me they were going to give me a quote via email. It’s been 3 weeks and I never received anything. I will be taking my business elsewhere. So unprofessional.

During this past summer 2015, we chose Dickson Restoration to restore our water-damaged kitchen and dining area, and have been very pleased that we chose them! We had some personal challenges during that time, and they were very sensitive to them and our pets, and did the work with as little inconvenience to us as possible First, they assessed the situation and found the damage to be much more extensive than we thought. They documented every problem and worked with our insurance rep to get as much coverage as possible. Then they explained the entire process to us and what was to happen at each stage. Ref: Water damage to hardwood floor and damaged sheetrock. Easy company to work with. Adam came out to estimate and thoroughly explained steps. Very courteous and prompt; as were each crew that came out for their part in the project. All the crews did excellent work. The new floor and repaired drywall look great. Would use them again and recommend them!

We were out of town for 3 weeks and when we came back home we noticed 2 stains in our bathroom ceiling and the person who was checking in on my birds said that there were a couple of storms while we were gone and so I called my insurance company State Farm and they referred us to Dickson Restoration and I am glad they did, because the problem was minor but they were honest about the problem and didn't try to cheat us. I will be contacting them again if I need any help with Restoration problems.
