We needed urgent work done to install a boot and adhesive on a vent pipe, and time was absolutely critical. Summit Roofing and Restoration pulled through when we needed them most. They were incredibly responsive, well-organized, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from start to finish—even sending us a video update when we couldn’t be at the house, which we truly appreciated. Despite it being a small, quick project, they took it seriously, worked efficiently, and were respectful of our budget. It’s rare to find a company that combines speed, quality, transparency, and customer care so seamlessly. We worked with both Kenny and Frank at Summit Roofing's Dickson, Tn office.They both had to fight hard with our insurance, and they ultimately got it covered for us! We upgraded to 50yr warranty GAF architectural shingles. Their installers were very fast and Profesional. They left the yard cleaner than it was when they started. Prices were very reasonable, slightly more than our cheapest quote, but not the highest either. They earned their money on this job. Definitely would recommend and would use them again. So glad they came to Nashville to fix our roof.

Samantha has an inviting demeanor that say "Welcome, you're family". I felt so comfortable speaking with her on the phone, she is so relatable. Thru the wonderful conversation she helped me set up an appointment to get my estimate for new roof and gutters seamlessly. I had a wonderful experience and my doubt about weather I am going to be ripped off was quickly abated.

Samantha got someone out to our home the next day to check my roof. She was very kind and helpful. Heidy came and as planned, thoroughly inspected my current roof, explained what issues as well as the reasons for the problems, and provided my options. She kept in contact throughout the rest of my roofing process and made me feel like she cared about helping us. Miguel Enriquez and his team came as scheduled and did an excellent job on our roof. They worked very hard and noticeably worked well together They were also conscientious about cleaning up. This company did everything they said they would and were great to work with. I am so thankful for all of you.

We have been working with Dee from Summit Roofing for the past month and a half and he has been nothing short of amazing. After a week of insane storms battered our roof, Dee helped us from evaluating it to working with our insurance (we had no clue) several times, going to bat for us with his experience to prove why our entire roof needed to be replaced. The process was nothing short of a blessing and even today, the team showed up, did an amazing job and were done by 3. The roof looks amazing and I’m so thankful to have had him and his team help us with this entire process. If you need roofing done, I cannot recommend Dee and Summit roofing enough.
