James explained what he thought needed to be done, EVERY detail, and why it needed to be done 'that way' (the right way) and got our feedback at every step. He went back to our insurance company and got us a MUCH better compensation from the storm damage. No hard sell, hugely helpful. We are convinced that we did extremely well, especially after comparing w neighbors and area people who had the same storm damage. James was THE BEST. Highly recommend.

From insurance claims to storm damage, or anything in between, he shows up and makes sure you’re taken care of and get what you’re owed. The quality of work is excellent, and we are so thankful.

After a storm, James came out quickly to check the damage and walk us through everything. He met with the insurance adjuster and made the whole process easy, and our roof ended up being covered 100% by insurance. That alone was a huge relief. James was honest, knowledgeable, and great to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend him and Righteous Roofing if you ever need roofing work!

Mr. McKnight came to my place in Oct 2019. Insurance wasn't wanting to cover much. He got them to agree to a replacement. Zero problems since. I go on the roof every Christmas to put light sup, and while up there I check the roof out. Always happy with what I see. He checked in often while the work was being done, and we enjoyed chatting with him while he was here. I would never call anyone else. When the work was done, the yard was clean. Never found nails in the driveway or sidewalks, though I was convinced I would. I think I may have found a couple in the bushes later on when doing yardwork, but none out in the open.
