This review is so long overdue. I do appologize for that. I just wanted to let everyone know that Greg the owner operator of Home Heat and Air literally went above and beyond to help me get 2 brand new HVAC systems at a more than reasonable price . I was in a very difficult position of working on a property I once owned in Dickson and doing do long distance from the state I currently live in. I was in an awkward spot trying to get this place cleaned up and ready for sale, along with it needing 2 units , 1 upstairs and 1 down. Greg found them, worked with me long distance on everything a long with some assistance from a neighbor of mine there. He was prompt, kept me informed and did a beautiful job of putting two new very efficient units in the house and helping it get ready for sale and

I highly recommend using this company for your HVAC repair! Our motor went out, so we called at 7:30 at night not really expecting to get anyone that evening, but Greg came over at 9:00 pm that same night. I know he was exhausted from a long day of work and could have easily put it off until the next day, but he didn’t....He ordered another motor and installed it as soon as it arrived. He didn’t overcharge us for labor and did an excellent job! Thank you Greg! You are going in my phone as the one we use from now on!

They went to great lengths to try and find the perfect solution for my home. Turns out I needed more than just a new AC unit.. I also needed to add another return and two more vents in the house, and these guys took great care in doing the work. Greg and his workers did an outstanding job installing a very high efficiency Amana unit for much less than the big companies in town. In my 2950 square ft home, the electric bill dropped around $150 during the hottest months, not to mention the months that were more mild... and I could not hear it blowing because they did such a good job with adding the right amount of vents. I would give them a 10 star if possible. They were great, I had 1 full unit downstairs and 1 split unit upstairs put in. They had to redo duck work and put in new registers. They were very experienced and did everything in just 3 1/2 days. The price was great also. I would very much recommend them for any heat or air needs. I felt very comfortable leaving and let them be there by themselves when I had errands to run. I can’t say enough good things about them. It was a very pleasant experience.

Our A/C compressor went out and we needed fast service. Greg came out very quickly and repaired in the same day. We can't say enough great things about him and this company!!! Highly Highly Recommend to anyone!!! And beyond that, he's just a great guy! Thank you!!!
