Great till expect things to be fixed or maintained. Then they start making false claims your in lease violation...Total fabrications, refuse to respect tenants privacy, refused to give notice before entering apartment even when insisted. Claimed impossible and they dont have to only for state inspections.
Was told by owner they DO NOT clean apartments when people move out unless it is absolutely needed. Don’t rent from these people, keep looking.
I dont know about the construction part, but they rent apartments, and are friendly snd aptmts are clean and nice.
The girls in the office are very informative and polite. They're quick to return phone calls and they give accurate information.
I don't remember going there & have not been back ,except 2 pay my rent to Dike apartments
