Service tech didn’t diagnose problems. Was quick to point out something else. Said to replace would cost $1000. Felt like he just wanted to get $129 and go. Samsung washer.

Technician (Brad) was great. He explained clearly what was needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. He did a fine job overall.

Prompt . Called with time he would be there . Courteous, explained everything in easy to understand terms.

Bradley was super qualified and did his assessment quickly and fixed the problem immediately.

For my $129, the website says I'd get a call from the technician with a chance to show the issue. Did not happen. Tech was here a risk of about 10 minutes. Quoted a $160 Part that COULD have been ordered ahead of time was going to take 1 week for over $400 in ADDITIONAL fees for a simple plug-and play component that is a readily known issue on my Maytag... I don't mind paying a little for convenience and service... but this is highway robbery! I should have known better. Owners response was to have ME call them??? Really? Customer service at its worst. If truly interested they would order part, charge a REASONABLE price, and install without charging any more service fee.
