The carpet installation for my condo really was such a seamless, stress-free, transparent, and amazing process. I love the carpets. They are exactly as they described. There were no hidden fees. There were no surprises throughout any of the process. The team is incredibly gracious, kind, clear and communicative. This is a husband-wife team and they are a team of dreams!! Also, I looked at Home Depot, Lowe's and another carpeting business and they are fairly priced. They also were the ones that get it to you fast. I think for the price they give you the best deals for the quality and options. I also love that I am helping a smaller business. Can't stress how awesome the whole experience was and how gracious they were with working with me.
