Direct Carpets

Very unhappy with the workmanship and the return to fix issues. Pointed out areas to be repaired and told that could t anything with it. Told them we would pay extra for any extra prep done and no e was done. Left the home filthy with dust everywhere. They didn't even come with equipment they needed, had to use my compressor. Told I'd be called about the floor issues and haven't heard a word. Never use them again and we have a new home build coming up. Would t let them floor my doghouse!!!!

I had my vinyl plank installed back in May. There are a couple of places that needs attention. One in which the plank is starting to split because there is something under it. I have been waiting 5 months and still no word to when it will be repaired. I have another room I am going to have planks put down but will be trying someone else. They were all very nice and helpful for the purchase and installation but no help with the installation problem.
