Direct Electric

Electricians. Definitely a profession where you want...well, professionalism. It's a shame you won't find that here, least of all on the road. While I can't speak to the quality of work, I do see a missing star for a total of 4 out of 5 on Google here, and if you're okay with a 4 out 5 chance that your electrical work won't fry, I say go for it! That being said, my issue comes from the conduct of their employees on the road. I was cut off and nearly run off the road by one of their employees who refused to allow me to merge. I had to slam on my breaks causing the car behind me to nearly rear end me. I called their office from the number on the back of their van, and to some credit, the man on the other end of the phone did sound concerned and stated he would follow up. Perhaps this

5 stars for the work Adam has done on our bathroom and back office. He was great, solution oriented, and very professional! However, lowering the rating due to the poor and very slow communication. Direct electric put us in a very challenging situation when the day before they were set to arrive to complete our kitchen, they informed me they were not coming, only after I reached out for confirmation. Luckily, we were able to find a fantastic electrician I would highly recommend!!

Bad customer service - left message and never received a call back.

Great place with great employees! Would love to see them again
