With the crazy snow and ice from this winter of jan 26, some of the ice from the roof fell and knocked out a siding and related components. Had no clue who to even contact. Fortunately I found Direct Gutter who came the day of to patch up the bald spot with the damaged pieces and then came back within 2 business days to replace all damaged parts with new parts. Amazing service and quick turnaround, and clean job. And pricing was eminently reasonable. Would recommend and come back for more services!

After many-many years, I finally parted with my aluminum siding in July 2025. DGI installed James Hardy -- textured taupe plank siding with smooth white trim. What a FANTASTIC experience. The material was delivered as expected, the install date was scheduled promptly and the crews were top notch. We received high quality customer service, a detailed quote with easy-to-read information and no surprises. DGI offered suggestions and options to improved the overall look -- they have a great eye for detail and lots of experience with the products - listen to them! Every option we added was excellent and well worth it. With the leaves falling soon, I know I will love the new gutter guards. DGI will be my first call when I need exterior work.
