I highly recommend Direct Wood Flooring. I recently ordered nearly 1300 sq ft of a engineered flooring to match the current flooring in a beach house I purchased. I talked with Seth and he was able to help me identify the flooring and to locate a supply of this uncommon flooring. His price was much lower than the other local flooring companies I contacted. He arranged shipment and informed me of the trucking company's procedure for delivery. I had an issue with UPS delivering my flooring as scheduled. I contacted Seth and he immediately handled my issue. UPS delivered my flooring the next day and it arrived damage free. I checked the flooring and it is exactly what I needed. Wasted my time with this place. Looking for solid wood flooring, which they do not carry. And only learned this after showing up (on time) for an appointment (for which they were 10 minutes late.) If you are going to sell "hardwood flooring," but not actual solid wood flooring - at least make a note of that on your web page. Do your best to avoid wasting the time of your potential customers.

By accident we failed to order enough Tiger Bamboo wood to complete the project. At 6:30pm I found out about this issue. The 1,500 SQ. Ft. Project was to be completed in 6 days. I promptly contacted "Seth". He within five minutes or less was able to set an order to arrive within 36 hours to my destination...
