the worst. will not respond to phone or text. no show to "appointments" when made. I never received parts that were paid for several months back, nor a refund. Do not do business with this man.

Dirty work was very Professional. Their technical was punctual, and easy to talk to. He diagnosed my problem quickly and safely. I was comfortable with him in my house, he followed the masking protocols even though it was hot and dirty work, hence the name haha. I have recommended them to my friends and family, the woman I spoke with on the phone was personable and professional.

The owner has a horrible attitude towards customer service. Lied to me about being able to return a very expensive fireplace screen then when I did return it he kept 70% of my money. Had a full fireplace installed in my new home and then had a drafting problem and he would not stand by his work and offered zero warranty. Buyer be ware of this business..

Above and beyond! I almost did this propane plumbing job myself, but I'm so grateful that Chuck took care of it instead. He found and fixed a leak that was totally off our radar. He also helped move the stoves that we were expecting to move ourselves.
