Had a new roof put on, was happy with the work they did. Then I had a problem with a flashing that started leaking , I called Carl and he said send him some pictures, I never heard back from him. So I called him back 2 days later, he then said he wasn't feeling good , I told him no problem call me when you get to feeling better. I gave him 10days called him back and have left @ least 2-3 messages and he Ghosted me. I can't recommend this company. Carl is a smoth talker , but he is just in for the big money. I even left a message that I was willing to pay if that's what it takes. But I need this leak fixed, no reply.

Don't let Carl's charm fool you. I had my entire roof redone, one part was flat, another part shingle, and my porch metal. I held back 25% payment because they poorly and sloppily installed a termination bar on the flat area (To which I never agreed to have installed. They showed up the day of work and said they couldn't get the parts to install drip edge that we agreed on.), covered holes in TPO with caulk, didn't install flashing over exposed wood, installed TPO tension plate upside down, created a void that will collect water under my bathroom window with the flashing they installed, left jagged cut metal on the porch area. I brought all of this up to them and they came back and hammered on the termination bar plus added more screws, and added a piece of flashing to the jagged cut on

We bought a house that they installed the roof on. We thought we had a leak, but they came and checked it out twice; once before it rained and once afterwords. They were so kind. Turns out it was a problem with our AC line which they told us how to repair. They are super honest and committed to providing a first-rate service.
