Division Nine

I own a small home building company here in Central Florida and utilized Division Nine for my cabinets and countertops on my most recent project. Having built homes for years I know exactly how what to look for when it comes to the quality of materials and install quality. Well they truly did a phenomenal job. From the very beginning I felt like a priority, Lauren and their office staff kindly held my hand the entire way. We designed the kitchen and they allowed the homeowners to select their countertops of choice. After a long search and multiple fights with other companies, these guys were a breath of fresh air. They came out to quote immediately and the cabinets were ready pretty fast. Other had quoted lead times of 12 weeks or more. These guys have excellent pricing and the service is impeccable, from the sales team to the install team. All very professional and friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them….these guys are great!!!!. I added a before pic and some afters. Great job!!!!

I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen!! I couldn't be happier with the job Troy (owner) and his team did for me. The entire process from the beginning to the end was seamless. Troy is such a professional and pleasant person. His overall goal was to make sure we were happy. Now that's good customer service!! The workmanship is impeccable! We had a great experience with Lauren who worked with us on our pantry counters, and soon our bathroom counters. She was always available for questions and was quick to respond or edit the changes we needed made. The installation was done beautifully and they were all respectful to not leave a mess in the house, which is always a plus! They also did a beautiful job of lining up the veins! So happy with it!

As a 42 yr highly experienced cabinetmaker..I always thought quality and longevity in the product were key to great customer service. The owner D9 and the builder (s)..must be given props...they ve discovered a way to separate unsuspecting homebuyers from a exorbitant amount of money. Under the guise of quality and service..they provide and purvey....ABSOLUTE... garbage product. It is designed for failure from the start..from fake melamine to engineered hardwood...the tragedy is uninformed consumers..who buy this ..and give props for the total non quality product..sadly this is nothing but robbery...supported by a team of upper management that has no right being in the cabinet business..for the 2nd time..do what you know..let the pros do the rest ..the only other tragedy here is the peop
