Was very excited to get services from this company as many great reviews but shortly after calling I was greeted by Joan who was not very pleasant and was very rude . I had a few questions and she was not very helpful. Decided to go with someone else.

Great experience with them. Bought a new home and needed a septic replacement. It started as just a tank but because of FDEP I ended up needing a drain field too. They did everything they could to save me money and were responsive when I had questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Dixie Septic. The gentleman arrived to our house earlier than expected and he was very thorough in explaining the maintenance on our septic.
