Called on a Thursday at 5pm and they were out by 8:15am Friday morning to replace a broken torsion spring on my garage door. Spencer was polite, friendly, and got the job done well in less than an hour. I wish the cost would have been lower, but it was reasonable and as expected.

After calling around to some other local service providers, I found DL and made a call. Friendly, helpful, able to respond quickly. It felt like talking with a neighbor, not a business. Provided a quote while on the phone, and showed up the next day as promised. I arrived home from work to a door that hasn't worked that well since we purchased the home. Thanks, DL - delivered as promised, and left it better than it was before needing service.
