First off project manager Aaron is awesome, gave me a no pressure estimate explaining the different types of roofing shingles they offer, and what would be done to prepare the roof, the under lament, ice and water shield. Protecting the valleys in the roof. The process from tear off to replacement addressing issues and fixing the areas around the chimney and vent pipes. I'm definitely happy I called Great Lakes Building Concepts. Very fair price I got a few different estimates and choose Great Lakes, affordable price great shingles, great installers talked and answered questions and explaining if asked about anything while the install was being done.all of the guys was super polite!! We had Great Lakes Building Concepts do our siding and windows, and the results were absolutely incredible! From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every way. For the siding, not only was the craftsmanship top notch, but they handled details outside of their scope without hesitation—fixing some loose brick, adjusting wiring to move light boxes, and more. You can tell they truly care about the final product. Every nail was done by hand (no nail guns), which shows the pride they take in ensuring each piece can flex properly with temperature changes—even if it meant a few bruised fingers along the way.
