My roof was a huge mess, moss all over the place. The siding needed some love as well. I called Surface Renew because my wife says I’m no longer allowed to go in n the roof…and that’s probably a wise advice to heed. The quote was less than I expected and the gentlemen that came to do the cleaning were professional and it was very obvious they deeply care about the quality of the job and the satisfaction of the client. I asked them to please put me on the calendar as I’d want them back every other year. I highly recommend Surface Renew if you want professional results for a cost that will please your wallet. We have used Surface Renew for many of their services and have always been extremely satisfied. They install our Christmas lights each year and do an excellant job. They have soft washed our home plus prepped and sealed our deck as well. We highly recommend this company.

West Michigan Holiday Lighting (Surface Renew) did an amazing job with the outdoor lighting on our house. We had a lot of ice this year and they couldn't install all of the lighting we requested, however they made 3 return trips to attempt to install. They communicated promptly and often with updates and their price was competitive and fair. Would highly recommend them and we will be using their services again next season!

Technician did a great job. The vinyl siding was cleaned very thoroughly, and much brighter. Very happy with the results and highly recommend.

I was very pleased with Surface Renew’s service to sand, stain and paint our deck. They gave me good advice on the product to choose, they took the initiative to keep me informed of their arrival date, rather than me having to chase them. Their team was hard working, attentive to detail and produced a great result. They even called in extra reinforcements to finish the job when they promised, even though they worked until 9pm to get it done. I have no qualms in recommending them.
