DLM Remodeling

Having just moved to Melrose, and in need of a solid recommendation for a kitchen contractor, Steve’s name was given to us by a friend. What a great recommendation. Of all the professionals we spoke with, Steve set the most realistic expectations with a fair and accurate budget. This is our second kitchen we have had remodeled, and Steve’s communication was outstanding. Any issue we could possibly think of, he was already aware and on top of it. In addition, every single sub that Steve works with was professional and courteous as we were living in home during construction. Between the excellent craftsmanship, fair price, prompt timelines, and outstanding finished product; we could not be happier with the kitchen.

DLM was recommended to us by a family member and we are so glad they were. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Stephen and all the guys were wonderful.They are extremely reasonable, knowledgeable, professional and polite. We have 26 windows and frames replaced which only took 2 days. They cleaned the windows, put the blinds back and even vacuumed, you couldn’t tell we had all this work done. We recommend them to anyone and can’t wait to hire them for our next project.

Steve Ventola and his team exceeded all of my expectations and were a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. They finished the job in a few days, and worked long days to make sure that it was completed as quickly as possible.
