I have used DMI Asphalt Paving (specifically, Kevin Waters) three times as a community manager in Longwood, Fl. The reason of that many times is the quality, professionalism and thoroughness of Kevin and their crews. I personally appreciate the communication and promptness that Kevin presents. In trying to organize a 240 unit community and make it work without an issue, is worth it in just that alone. The pricing is not the lowest, but it is well worth the few dollars more in what you receive in final result. As a property manager, I send out RFP's for every project, but I and the Board of Directors understand that that is just a formality, as we will continue to work with DMI. A DEFINITE recommendation!
