I give KJ 10 stars but the most this system allows is 5! Holiday weekend and I come out of grocery store to realize I locked my car keys in car. YUK. I have AAA but have no desire to spend 1 or 1 and half hours of holiday standing in parking lot. KJ literally was 10 minutes away. I had my keys in less than 15 minutes from the time I made the call. Smile!!! Also he was nice and personable. Thank You KJ.

Very disappointed with this service. My car key broke and the end was stuck in my ignition. I called DML for help. The technician called me, said he needed to check something and that he would call me back. After two hours, I call the main number to check the status. They had basically forgotten about me. The tech then came out and charged me $500+, way over what I was originally quoted. When we called to ask why we were charged that high, the lady was incredibly rude, talking over us, and lied, saying I had canceled and that’s why they left me hanging for two hours. Manager sent invoice with different itemized prices, so it’s clear they were just making pricing up. Seriously, don’t waste your time with this “place” - their storefront isn’t even real. Total scam.
