DMS Air Conditioning was amazing to work with! Daniel Montes Jr. was professional, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to accommodate a last-minute appointment. The technician was kind, positive, and took the time to explain how the AC works. Additionally his ability to patiently break down the issue with the AC in layman’s terms helped us clearly understand what was going on. We’re so grateful for their service!

I contacted DMS to install a mini-split system for a new construction/ADU. The system included one condenser and three heads. The two technicians who arrived were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They completed the initial installation in one day and returned to finish the installation after the city inspector inspected their work and cleared it with no corrections. Daniel kept me updated and addressed all my questions. After the installation in the ADU was completed, the AC heads in my front two rentals, which were installed by another company, were not producing cool or hot air. I asked Daniel if they could take a look at them, and in less than a day, his technicians diagnosed the issue and repaired the poor installation completed by the other company. In the middle of this heat my air conditioner stopped working. I wasn't sure I would be able to get anyone out so quickly to have a look at it but Daniel from DMS Air was able to get someone out here fast! Israel was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the problem right away. He also gave me tips and tricks on how to keep the house cooler and the system not working so hard. The price was super reasonable and I'm so happy with everything from making the appointment to the end result. I highly recommend using DMS Air. I will be using them again.

I have to say that I was pleasantly satisfied from start to finish! Everything was taken care of in a professional and timely manner! My AC unit was leaking horribly for months and we couldn’t figure out why! DMS Air arrived and figured out that there was a problem with my units’ pump within minutes! They replaced the pump with a new one with no problem and voila, no more leaking, no more water damage!
