D.M.V. Mechanical (Air Conditioning and Heating)

Absolute worst HVAC company to work with! They had installed our unit back in 2018 for our office and rarely came to do quarterly service unless there was an issue. Would not respond to emails or calls for weeks. Building management does not allow any tenants to use them at all because of the terrible job and customer service feedback they had received over the last year. If I could give this review zero stars I would. I followed up with Derek to get the commissioning report for our unit since they installed it and he still has not gotten back to me after 2 weeks. He is a very unreliable individual and is an ultimate BSer.

Scam! Scam! Scam! - They will run away with your money This company is completely unreliable. I just open a Floral Boutique in Williamsburg Brooklyn and had purchased a walk in cooler from them. I dealt directly with the owner DeriK, who seems to be a reliable business owner, however, he took a 50% deposit and disappeared with my money. It has been 3 months of numerous emails, calls, text messages,etc... to try to get an answer on what was going on??? DeriK never had the courtesy to call me neither have tried to work things out. He literally stole my money. I already put a claim on BBB, and went to court against this business. I will not rest until I have my money back. If you do not want to have problems and know the meaning of a reliable business,DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A B

A very corrupt company. Derek the owner substituted a smaller split air conditioning system for the one I paid for. He did not return phone calls and the system leaked almost immediately. I had to pay someone else almost $3000 to do a lot of the work over. To me he is a con artist

3 hours waiting to renew my lincense. Out of the 30 booths. Only 20 are in used. And the air conditioning is super bad.
