I've known Dewayne for many years, and when I found out my unit was on its last leg I knew exactly who to call. Dewayne responded very quickly to my call and came and gave me a bid that day. His bid was unbeatable ( I contacted 2 other companies for bids also). He was very thorough in explaining the whole process and he never pushed a sale! That's rare nowadays. My unit was installed and he even came back a couple days later to follow-up and make sure the settings were perfect. 100% Recommend.

I’m disappointed to have to write the following review. DeWayne of DNA Heating & Cooling was very communicative, kind, seemed to be extremely knowledgeable, and came back to the house several times the last few years to make minor adjustments after installing my unit and replacing my ductwork in February of 2020. Unfortunately though, this did not translate into a positive experience as I recently had 3 unit leaks within 4 weeks costing me much time, money, energy as well as resulting in a claim on my homeowners insurance. -For months and months after the installation of my hvac unit, DeWayne promised to pull a permit so that codes could proceed to come out and inspect his work..that never happened. Again and again, I reached out to try to confirm that the permit had been pulled and every

My experience with DNA cooling is the best I’ve ever had. Friendly, fast, and a great price. Won’t trust anyone else to do my system maintenance and repairs. Dewayne is awesome and cares about his customers, and you don’t see that with much anymore.

He did a outstanding job with my unit rushed out here to save my butt in 20 degree weather to keep my family from freezing. Gotta love someone like that. Treated me like family and didn't upcharge for the rush. Thank you DNA I will always call you first.
