Awesome Place thanks for the hospitality, we came there to buy Diecast models but I didn’t go in the store to shop I was just so intrigued with the mega equipment in person. To see those “Earth Movers” in real life is SUPER COOL! the gargantuan Behemoths Articulated DUMP TRUCK WAS A SPECIAL SIGHT TO SEE AND THE EXCAVATOR ALSO SWEET Due to magnitude of Its size. ALONG WITH the front loaders were pretty WICKED. I wish I could’ve stayed longer and got a video of the Behemoths in Motion…but didn’t want to take too much time or get in trouble it would’ve been a nice souvenir to get the John Deere vest but I had to give it back. and yes we were customers my Dad bought several Diecast replica models from there. Don’t recommend this place for non warranty equipment repairs. We brought them a generator, described the issue was not related to the John deere motor and we confirmed they could repair the unit. When we came in it was “yes yes yes… we repair anything that has a John Deere in it”. After they “diagnosed” it, we were informed they couldn’t tell us what was wrong with it because the issue wasn’t related to their motor. I told them this when I delivered the equipment. I spoke with the service manager and a nice lady in the office. I described the issue was not related to the motor but it was with the generator side of the appliance. They were happy to take the machine and “look at it” only so they could make us pay a bill for diagnostics even though they know from the beginning it wasn’t t

Would not honor their online pricing in store. Deere corporate confirmed that franchisee sets their own pricing on Deere’s website. I elevated my concern to a manager who was unwilling to aide in any way.

I love this place!! I would give them a 10/10 if I could. Jeff is amazing! He has the patience of an angel with me. I don’t know a lot about machinery and my father that’s the one ordering the part doesn’t speak English so here I am trying to learn what a gasket is lol. If you need any parts come and ask for Jeff! Best customer service ever!!

Very professional and timely. Andrew with the service department was extremely helpful and factual with the efficient and effective diagnostics and repair of our engine. He lets you know exactly what to expect without giving you false information in regards to what may be involved; I can deal with facts. Very impressed with Dobbs Equipment and will be going back to them in the future.
