We own multiple multifamily properties in Rochester, MN and decided to use Dr. Asphalt for the work at four of them all at once. The work included several repairs, crack-fill, seal coating, and striping of the entire lot at each site. Despite the difficulties in scheduling due to inclement weather, the staff at Dr. Asphalt was very communicative and was willing to work around our needs by coordinating with each of the properties. Overall we had a good experience with this branch and would highly recommend!
