Bawan does a great job, but could benefit from improved upfront communication and timeline expectations. He alone remodeled our entire bathroom (keeping same floor plan). His quote was very reasonable, and he accomplished it all. As this was our only shower, we appreciated his prompt work, especially as he works Saturdays - we did not know this until he told us end of day Friday. Unfortunately, he quoted us 8-10 days, but overall took 15 working days. While some days bogged by snow and holidays, he often wouldn’t inform us if/when he was coming if I wasn’t there when he left.
