I guess I agree with everyone else that has left a review regarding Koford Brothers Vent Cleaning. They provided outstanding service. They were prompt, neat and thorough. I initially hired them to clean my drier vent and the hot air vents that heat our home. After Troy arrived he inspected the vents (the drier vent was completely occluded - yuck!) but the hot air vents were a little dusty but didn't need cleaning so he cancelled that portion of the appointment saving us $$$. Not only did he clean the drier vent but also the interior of the drier. To be clear, he didn't clean the drum (which didn't need cleaning) but he took the front panel off the drier and cleaned the internal workings of the drier. Significant lint had accumulated in this area over the years and probably was a fire risk.

This company is one of the best. They came to clean our dryer vent and in the process found the dryer was just venting under the floor of our kitchen. He then came back and put in all the missing pipe in our 3' crawl space as I asked them if they would. There was no hesitation. Going above and beyond to take care of his customers. Great service and would recommend overall! Troy was on time and even completed dryer vent installation a bit earlier than expected. Great communication via their online scheduling system and just a very smooth and painless process. House projects and services tend to stress me out honestly, but would definitely recommend as everything was seamless, great communication, and great service.
