Seen they don't care about they business worst customer service two months and the pool is not running mark the owner don't believe that he don't have a cell phone and never return call

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Warning!!!! Absolute poorest customer service you could imagine. Avoid fixing problems. Mark I believe his name is actually hung up on me when I was telling him issues and refused to fix them. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They replaced a liner the new one had a hole in it. The next one they put in warped my pool they used wood screws to attach the caps around the pool some were just laying in the yard. They could not get the correct bolts they told me they don't make them anymore? Few min online got the correct parts and have to fix my self.

They don't return phone messages, they haven't filled the vending machine at Sherwood Freightliner in 6 weeks. The service was ok at the beginning 3 years ago but it's like our business doesn't matter now. Highly disappointed!!!!

They do not return your calls when there is a problem. I'm missing pieces like my auto vacuum that came with my package. They gave me a hose that was too short to reach the entire length of the pool for the manual vacuum My pump leaks terrible from the day it was installed and the installers also broke a top cap and still haven't brought a new one back. This business does not take care of its customers. I will never buy from them again.
