Doctor Water Well

My wife an I started having issues with our water pressure a few weeks ago. Doc Well Water sent out their team in a timely fashion. They were polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to show me all the tests and trouble shooting they went through in order to diagnose (pun intended) the problem. After they replaced our pump, motor, and switches, they took the time to educate me on proper well maintenance and care of our system. I highly recommend this company. Prices are fair and they do not try to over sell you, either in labor or unnecessary parts. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Be VERY careful using this guy. Ever since his wife left him he is out doing very shady business. He just came and pulled the pump from the bottom of my well and got mad and left in a storm peeling out of my driveway leaving us with 80’ of hose coming out of my pump house and no water to the house or property. The person I found to fix what he had done asked me if it happened to be Dr. Water well that did this to me. It indeed was and I’m not the only person he’s done that to recently. PLEASE BE CAREFUL when contacting this crazy person.

Jenny @ Dr. Well was able to help me get my well system back online. My water to the house was out and I needed a part in a bad way. I had called around to 6 different places and no one could get me the part I needed the same day. Of course they all could order it, but I couldn’t wait that long. When I talked to Jenny she said they didn’t have the part either but could get it within an hour. She called me back in 45 minutes and said she had it ready for me. Jenny really saved the day and we are back up and running in no time. You really don’t realize how much you use water until you don’t have it. I can’t thank you enough for going above and beyond to help me out.

We own & operate a flower farm in Brighton and woke up to absolutely NO water! With the 100* temps, it was an emergency situation! I have had two repairs on my well and cistern done by this company over the last two months. The technician came on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable about my well and cistern. The cost of these repairs was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
