Woke up to a garage door that unexpected didn’t open at 5am. Spring broke and cables came off rendering the garage door inoperative. I called Dodge Over head doors and Annabelle took my call. She was suuuuper helpful and set me up with an appointment . I surely didn’t think they would be providing same day service and all of a sudden I get a call from Luke , the technician . He came out , assessed what I needed , replaced the broken spring and re-installed the cables. Wow ! Just wow . Blown away by the phenomenal customer service. In a day where customer service truly lacks, I was truly pleased and really , more so impressed with the entire experience. From appointment setting to repair , all in one day! It is very concerning when you pull into your driveway, press the remote for your garage door and it only goes up 2 inches! So, I called Dodge Overhead Doors at 5 pm left a message, that I had a problem. I was on a wait list for next day service. Robert called me that next afternoon and said he had time to come and check it out. Not even 24 hours after I called! He came, determined it was the springs and would have it fixed in 1/2 hour..gave me approximate price and zing, zang...it was done. What a nice experience!!! Robert was so pleasant, explained everything...definitely would recommend their service..and the office staff ladies are the best, too!

The garage door came off the track at our home. The door track had separated, several of the rollers had come off as well as the cable came off its spool. The door was 2/3 closed; would not close and garage was unsecured. It was a train wreck! I called Dodge O/H Door first think Monday morning. The gentleman that answered the phone was honest and said the guy working in our area has several other service calls, but should be able to come out later in the afternoon. He couldn’t give me an exact time due to the unknown complexity of the other jobs. Well, the tech John) called me in the afternoon, showed up and went right to work. John was a Master!! Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. He repaired the garage door like is was new, but even better. It now works smooth

St. Michaels Our garage door had not been serviced in years. Every time it was opened it would grind and generally make my blood pressure go up. Called Dodge. Great customer service. I explained the situation. They were able to give me a general cost. John came out and serviced the garage. It's like butter now. Smooth, no clanky opening and closing. He was fantastic. Very professional and personable. In addition the cost ended up being exactly what was estimated. I certainly would recommend Dodge!
