Dodson Heat & Air did an amazing job fixing my electric furnace in Jacksonville. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue correctly, and repaired it the right way the first time. Other companies couldn’t fix it without repeat problems, but they made it a long-term solution. Very fair pricing and professional service. Highly recommend!

Mr. Justin and his coworker did an outstanding job for us when we were without heat. They were very prompt in arrival to our property in Cabot and had us all set up and prepared for this cold weather quicker than I could type this review!! In all honesty, I was very happy with the work they did, they went above and beyond and certainly was more cost friendly than any other quotes I received. 1000/10 recommend this company for any and ALL HVAC needs!!

I bought my first home as a “flipper special,” and the biggest surprise (so far) was finding out the HVAC system was basically done after only a few years of use. The service technician, Brandon, was excellent in diagnosing and fixing our heater. He came out on short notice and was very professional. We have used Dodson in the past and were very pleased with the service provided.

A word about Dodson Heat and Air. Recently, our furnace went out when it was 10° outside and a terrible ice storm was coming. Of course, we were worried. The furnace failed on Friday afternoon, and Dodson came out early Friday evening. They worked hard to get it running but ultimately needed a part they didn’t have. Over the weekend, we received five inches of ice and snow at our mountain residence. Early Monday morning, Dodson called to let us know they had located a difficult-to-find part. They came right over—navigating the ice—and fixed our furnace. Dodson Heat and Air is first-rate. I can’t say enough about the service we received under very challenging conditions.
