Called with broken heater during recent storm. They were able to help us out quickly. Their service tech was prompt and very courteous. He gave us all our options that were available and was able to fix the issue with parts that he had available in his truck. We have used them in the past and because of how great they were on first trip we called back. We ended up sleeping in a warm house that night. Would recommend you give them a call. In the end we decided to sign up on one of there service programs.

Excellent experience working Searcy H&A for the first time. I work in IT and constantly moving, so their ability to communicate via text and handle all the transactions digitally was way more of a factor for me than you'd expect. They were prompt and the communication was excellent from the point of requesting a quote all the way through installation of the new unit. Everyone we worked with, either remotely or in person, was professional and friendly. So far the new unit has been working great! At this point in time I have zero complaints and would highly recommend reaching out to them.

Michael did a fantastic job. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. He cleaned the area prior to replacing the heater as well as after his work. He explained the operation of the new heater so I was comfortable operating it on my own. Thank you for your quick appointment before the temperatures drop this winter. Technicians showed up on time , went about their business quietly, efficiently and in a timely fashion. Advised me promptly of any problems- what it would take to fix and the cost! Get a service plan - very worthwhile investment!

Searcy Heat and Air has been awesome. They've gone above and beyond what they needed to do to try to earn our business and keep it. And they always get out here fast! Michael and Brett and Dakota (I could be wrong about the last two names!) have all been so helpful after having horrible experiences with three other HVAC companies before them. And Hannah in the office is always so friendly and sweet. She's literally the nicest person you'll ever speak to on the phone when calling a business. Michael has been out here the most and the last time he was here he took the extra time and effort to do a small job for me when he didn't need to. Small things like this really make a business great. I just wish I had found them sooner. Probably would've saved a lot of time, money, and stress. Thankful
