The installers were very professional and polite. Very good at what they do. Every Mohr rep are well versed in the profession. Thank you Mohr Hvac. would have given them 10 stars if I could. Just had Mohr Plumbing to fix drain lines. Keith did a fine job. If you need any kind of work done at your home Mohr is who you should call.

Our technician was pleasant, he finished his work quickly and gave us a report and showed us pictures. He warned us about a few mice in the attic. Thanks! We were a little confused when he gave us different info about which filters to use. We have been using MERV 8 but he suggested MERV 13. Previous techs said that would strain out unit. We decided to just stay with MERV 8. We know it is part of his job to offer other services, but we felt like he was slightly pushy considering we just spent a large amount in the spring to get things fixed, he acknowledged our major repair so he knew. He did a fine job, and I don’t want to rag on him or get him into trouble. We are satisfied with your service as usual.

Keaton was very friendly and professional, and arrived quickly. The thermostat came back on with no issues, he stated he didn’t know why the thermostat would have gone off in the first place, but if it happens again to have them come back, and that it could be the thermostat itself. Mohr is always great at communicating when to expect their techs, and getting them to your home same day. Easily the best HVAC company I’ve used in the area, and will continue to use them in the future!

December 2019/ This was my first experience with Mohr. Jessica took my call on Tuesday afternoon and Katy called me back on Wednesday morning to provide the tech’s approximate time of arrival. They were both professional and courteous. Mohr was able to schedule a tech to come out next day even though my problem wasn’t an emergency. Justin was the technician assigned to my service request. He was outstanding in presentation and proficient in his work. He kept me informed at every stage of his evaluation of our system and shared recommendations without being overbearing or pushy. Mohr installed a new HVAC system in my home. It required the technicians to do repairs on the existing duct work. The units are working beautifully and come with a lifetime warranty. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Would recommend this service
